Operation Haiti
The The World Helpline Team announces commencement of emergency assistance in connection with the 7.2 magnitude in Haiti that has left up to 3 million people affected.
Having sent a team to previous earthquakes in Haiti, The World Helpline Team is appealing for disaster supplies it its 84th disaster response since 1989.
Supplies needed include bottled water, instant and canned food, powdered milk, rice, soap, used laptop computers, used GSM cellphones, sleeping bags, tents.
